Basically there are few naturally attractive runway models...the reason why is because the modeling industry, just like Bill Maher had said, is run by white women and gay men, and the product is clothes, so they take the focus off of prettiness (facial and body), and the result is a androgynous look. But, they wrap it up and sell it to the mags, and therefore they are propped up to be desireable. There are literally millions of far more Beautiful women across the malls---that don't need the tons of makeup. The fashion mags have even made Sport Illustrated and Victoria's Secret drop their usual models and go with the runway models for shoots, and Victoria Secret runway show. If anybody remembers Frederique from Victoria's Secret from back in the early 90s, that was a banging woman, not a stick figueroa that needed tons of makeup.
And the funny thing, hetero men have fallen for this!
