And while guys like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman are the legends millions of Indian bodybuilding enthusiasts look up to and plaster on their walls (at home,  in the gym, at the office), it's guys like Shavy which they see pumping iron in the gym on a weekly, if not daily basis. Shavy is a titan, an anabolic warrior poet, crafting his physique and getting into the mindset, into the ZONE, that will make him a great champion one day.

You clearly did not watch the full video. Those men around Shavy feel the power in the room. Did you see him do a most muscular/crab pose at the end? I felt like I just heard them announce the winner at the Orleans! Just seeing this man train, makes me wish I was in the gym with him! Shavy is no doubt a huge legend.

The few ones I've met were friendly, extrovert and pretty likeable. They also have an aura of un/physicality about them - great people.
