he did one mini pull before the real lift just to feel the weight, I sometimes do that to in many exercises, it works well in killing the fear and get you mentally more prepared

i thought 216kg. was the world record by Antonio Krastev, not 214.

Actually it's 217kg by Behdad Salimi lifted in Tehran, but I am only talking about official records ;)

I watched some this weekend. When you see it on tv you don't realize how much weight even the light women are snatching and cnj ing....must of the women are ygly as hell btw... ;D

Yep - the bar looks often somewhat empty but it's still heavy as hell.
