I believe it. Jay is strong but people seem to forget that because in recent years (as he's gotten older) he has trained using lighter weight. He doesn't need to lift heavy poundage anymore. He's not getting any bigger. So he trains lighter and smarter and people give him shit for it. It doesn't mean that he's not one big strong dude though.
no the video is from iceland. 15kg plates are common in europe.it's 140kg...approx 310lbs
