I see Big Jay & The X man does about 20 -30 mina i.u per day? What do the rest tend to do ? and is there some importance in doing it?
Prehaps the bit of cardio they do is amplified x10 on the aas & hgh they are on! One thing is they all seem to do it even offseason so must be something in it?
they dont really do cardio, sure they do some pathetically low intensity treadmill or step machine "work" but that's probably just to work up a sweat
cardio?anyway, im starting to lean now towards HIT cardio instead of the whole 1 hour on the treadmill at 5%incline at 4mph. HIT burns bf long after your session has ended. i can see low intensity doing much other than burning bf while your one the treadmill and im even starting to question the efficacy of doing this.
Regardless of which is the more effective bodyfat burning method, do you ever worry about heart health? A lot of bodybuilders ignore the fact that they are cardiovascularly untrained, with very high resting heart rates and the inability to run a few hundred meters without being exhausted.
Always wondered what the resting heartbeat is for a lot of these guys. Gotta be well over 80 bpm Titus once called it "bodybuilder bullshit cardio", 1 hour walking on a treadmill It's certainly not conditioning the heart muscle and leaving the bodybuilder bent down, panting for air.
The only cardio they would consider doing in the off-season is probably walking the dogsex wouldn't be cardio because these lazy fucks probably let the girl be on top all the time and they just lay down and relax
