my hair is receding and i will look like shit bald, so at this point finasteride can totally save me since it hasnt receded extremely much yet

BUT

i keep reading horror stories about people who suffered PERMANENT erectile disfunction, GYNECOMASTIA!!!, bodyfat increase, PENIS SHRINKAGE!!!

I wonder if this is real or a massive hoax

As long as sides are not permanent i'd be willing to try instead of going bald and thinking "what if" later

please as much personal experience as possible, not just heresay

thanks

Yeah, I'm taking it.

Been taking it since 2004.

I would say it slowed down my hair loss by 90-95%. My paternal family has a history of baldness. Most of them either have a few wisps of hair left or are dome-like bald.

When I cut mine short and comb down, you don't even know that I've been losing it since I was 16.

Having said this, I'm planning to stop next year, and I would have second thoughts given another chance. A lot of the information we know about fin today wasn't available a decade ago (typical pharma tactics). People have gotten hypogonadism from this shit.

Personally, I haven't suffered many sides. I couldn't get it up at first and didn't have much of a libido, but that went away after a couple of months. Depression/anxiety... I've had my share and they did show up after starting fin... but I can't tell for sure if that was a contributing factor.

My advice for what is worth, if your hair loss is not aggressive, is to go with topicals, like Nizoral and spirolactone. There are others that you can research.
Ignore minoxidil, as your hair will become hooked to it and will fall off once you stop.

Dude this is the second time you posted the exact same topic  ???. I've been on fin for a long ass time and never had any side effects. Who do you think are the ones who go online on youtube and other sites to complain and spread their anti-fin message? The poor guys who got the fucked up sides.. I think side effects are very rare on fin. Ask your doctor!

shit, i've been using it for more than a year now after my dermatologist prescribed it. it's 3.75% concentrated so i'm not sure if that matters

using it once a day 2ml

I think I maybe was too inconsistent with the use.. It didn't do much for me,but many people say they've kept most of their hair.. I started again now recently, hoping it might thicken up my hair a bit but I'll still be shaving my hair. I am considering a HT in the future so thats why I went back on.

In addition to stopping hair loss, you will prevent Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia...

Shave it off.    After 20 minutes you will wish you did it sooner.

Shave it off.    After 20 minutes you will wish you did it sooner.

I have a big dent in my head, and it's not some hypochondric imagination/exageration. I let my dad who is a doctor feel it once and he freaked out. This was when I was a kid and when hair loss was not even something I heard off

So literally I have been looking into cranioplasty which is reconstructive surgery of the skull

and I've been wondering

what's crazier

taking finasteride and not go bald but risk uncertain sides

or

having my scalp cut open, have some part of skull prosthetic screwed to my head and sew it back just so that i can have a normal head shape for when I go bald/shave

on top of that young white guys generally look like waterheaded aliens with bald heads

which brings me to the point of i am so jealous of black people

a lot of them have crazy straight hairlines and on top of that when they do shave their heads they look good because they have perfectly round skulls not those straight high foreheads a lot of whites have with crookedness all over the skull

a white man with a nice skull seems to be an exception, whereas with blacks it's the opposite

but me, i'm just fucked with this dent so i need some cranioplasty

I shaved my head a few years ago and wished a did it a lot sooner.   Its easy, clean, and you never have to worry about bad hair days, going to the barber, etc.

honestly - after a few hours - you wont even notice it.   I had a friend who went bald at 19 and shaved his head.  No big deal at all.

Its when you have a birds nest going on that it looks like shit.

I can imagine. Best thing is to either embrace it, buzz it, and get muscular. Being bald and built is a respected look. Other alternative, fight for every follicle because when it's gone, it's gone.

I remember shaving my head.
It felt fucking good. I slept better and for some reason my face got significantly less oily.

Most of you probably don't know this, but ephedrine abuse will do much more damage to your libido, dick size than Finesteride will ever do.  It also kills your insulin sensitivity and causes neurapathy.  So many of my ex training partners abused it during the 90's... they are suffering today because of it.

i can understand what you are saying but i'm really fixated on this dent, on the other side there is a small bump from a sailing accident but that is nothing nothing next to this dent. i really wonder how i got it

possibly ANOTHER sailing accident when i was a kid. i remember when i was in this little kids boat in the sea with strong wind and i turned behind the wind without pulling over the sail and bam that metal rod hit my head so hard i was pretty much knocked out

but i'm not sure if i had this dent before....

anyway the point is i study every balding or bald head on the street and anywhere

i have studied hundreds if not over one thousand bald heads and i have never seen such deformity

which is why i'm scared to look like a freak  :-\

purenaturalstrength - get a cool hat for the dented head.

I have gone back and forth with the bald thing - below i'm bald, and what it looks like now that i've let it grow back in.

I researched the heck out of fina but just saw the negatives to be too risky... prostate, etc.
