I have gone back and forth with the bald thing - below i'm bald, and what it looks like now that i've let it grow back in.  

I researched the heck out of fina but just saw the negatives to be too risky... prostate, etc.

wearing hats to hide baldness never made sense to me, how are you going to wear a hat indoors, at work etc

it would look like hey this guy looks normal, then you take off the hat and it's like gatttdamn that's one ugly dome

you need to offset it.

a cool facial tattoo might be too extreme.. but maybe cool facial hair, 220 pounds of muscle, a confident smirk and a hot girl on your arm.  Nobody will care about the dent. 

OR - embrace it. Make up a cool story about how your motorcycle crashed while stopping a bank robbery.  Roll with a cool nickname like "Dent" or "Coney" or "Lobotomy'.

Unless you are walking around looking like Sloth from the Goonies - just shave it off.
