Meng was a Makushita Ranked Sumo Wrestler...but on top of that, he was also one of the most legitimately feared people backstage from wrestling because he bit people's noses, headbutted, slapped, and beat the crap out of anyone that messed with him.  There was a wrestler named Jesse Barr who started a fight with him and he ripped his eyeball clean out of his face.

Meng would smash Gracie but I'm afraid if he didn't knock him out Gracie would be taking one of his limbs home with him. The guy was absolutely amazing at beating steroid goons. Watch some of the first couple of ufc events.
