I read coaches post lol, none of it made sense as usual
most people who say theyre their own boss aren't actuall bosses, I mean being a personal trainer is not being ur own boss, really the term "your own boss" makes no sense, people who say this say it to sound cool or something...
the responsibility of having to make ur own income is difficult to deal with, working along affects ur personality, and everyone who is actually self employed is taking much risk in order to not have a boss. People who seek this position tend to have difficulty interacting with people... they tend to make ok or very little money, and their social problems get worse and worse and soon their shitty "self employment" is the only employment they can have because they never learned how to get along with others
I have been my own boss to so speak, really I was no ones boss and even though I made my own hours.... really this just meant I had no off time, if I slept it means I was on break lol, and indeed I have had to work hard for the whatever interviewing skills I have now. As soon as I walk through the door the interviewer gets the vibe that I walk around like I own the place, I work hard not to have this attitude, maybe I don't actually look this way but I am self conscious of it, and this has to do with me being self employed for 4 years
