Why do you do a seated leg curl then a regular leg curl?
He's on tons of drugs and just needs to get some blood flowing to the muscles to deliver the sauce, so it doesn't really matter.
hey I have been clean for the last 5 weeks give the man some credits
Yes I thought he was referring to "mesmorph", sorry Stav.Lying leg curls are a terrible exercise and a waste of time imo.
All I need to know. Didn't mean to put on the spot dude.
My plan isFront squats 4 setsleg presses 4 setsleg extenstions 5 setslying leg curl 3 setsstanding leg curl 3 setsstanding calf raise 4 setsdonkey raises 4 setsseated calf raises 4 sets
yeah buddy im messing with you... im actually being a dick.. 315 is heavy as FUCK on front squats.. strong dude drugged or not. holding that weight on your shoulders is fucking brutal.....
You must be on some good shit. Otherwise, some hella over-training right there.
That's not over training in my opinion.
Lying leg curls are a terrible exercise and a waste of time imo.
a 315lb front squat is light to you people? that's 3 plates. Unless that is your max, 10 reps with that weight is impressive as hell
Even 135 feels awkward front squats is the hardest excersise I think... Just holding that bar against your throat ... Rough excersise regardless of the weight.. I like the challenge if it though
yup they are tough and because of the way you hold the bar, it makes it more difficult to breathe properly during the exercise too. I usually just do 155lbs for 10 reps per set. It's not to failure but it gets the job done
how on earth is 13 sets for quads and 6 sets for hams overtraining? jesus some of you guys are lazy as shit.
I think back squats are harder. With front squats, there's a sense of awkwardness, but i feel that they're easier to perform.
