What did Arnold weight in '80?  He looks 20 lbs lighter than in '75.

Oh crap, is this going to be another one of those threads where arnie198345 posts hundreds of pics?  :-X

I for one welcome his Arnold pics...even though I've seen them all.

Don't quote me on this, but I think I read somewhere he was in the neighborhood of 210 lbs.

Even after the 35 year progress of bodybuilding since Arnold, Arnold still is the epitome of bodybuilding.  Talk about having charisma, that guy's got it.

yes....

but @ 300 pounds... they look like utter shit.

Arnold was obviously better in 75...when he weighed something like 230.

These blokes today look like cattle. IMHO

Everyone always says Arnold's best year was 1974. But I personally think it was 1973. His conditioning was spot on!  :o 8)

I think he was about 225 in '75 and probably 10 pounds lighter in '80.

Except he has no tris.  His bis overpower the tris.  His arms were better in the 70s.

Does the article detail his (supposed) training routine?
.....
chest/back
legs
delts/arms

training 6 days per week?

The article talks about how Arnold prepared for his role in Conan which of course surrounded the 1980 Mr. Olympia so what is said in the article one must assume it's how he possibly trained for the "O". Here's exactly how it's printed in the issue...

"First of all, thinking thin. Then I cut out all the heavy foods and ate more chicken, fruits, salad and so on." Schwarzenegger also trained lighter, with more reps, concentrating on developing his deltoids, legs and shoulder.

That part didn't make sense to me since deltoids are shoulders, but whatever. Anyway, that was all that was mentioned about anything pertaining to his exercise, reps, and weights.

yeah, not that it matters much. It's all drugs, drug response and muscle memory anyways.  :D
