Def a freak, but whats with the site injections in the shoulders, looks ridiculous, this is like those incredibly hot chicks with already nice natural breasts and they go and stick these awful gel pads slightly under the skin, the implant can be seen, the nipple gets moved there are large scars on the breast, the breast doesnt move naturally and IMO they look deformed, why do people fuck with something when it is already OK as it is.  I dont understand this  ???

Because people are obssesed with vanity thats why! And theyr all fucking discusting! These fake implants never were sexy, everything that is natural is sexy because thats just the way it was ment to be. All this manipulation with the body will only harm you in the long run. Now, I really dont mind people who have some kind of deformed issuses with their bodys, and would be a lot happier to get them fixed through surgery. But these insecure people who feel the need to change every bit on their body to become "perfect" or whatever the hell that means, is just plain pathetic! Sculping your body through hard training and nutrition is at least respectable, and even more so if you do it without drugs.
