Not impressive i have seen guys who weight less bench more.
So how much do you bench? You don't bench 5 x 455 lbs.

But I read the link you posted before I replied and it says that the band actually takes the load off your chest and shoulders.So, again, how does it help you increase your strength?
that sling shot stuff only helps in the lower half of the movement.
