in reality there is no true naturals lol ,, they all used halodrol and fat burners and all on creatine to some degree and been through shit lol but they ar call naturals for they dont hav econsistancy in hormone intake,, they look like SHIT when they dont train or eat on the clock for 2 weeks! they look like absolit shit ,, very small , very feagilel ,, not even like fellas who work out forget about bodybuild,,

you got to understand this once and for all ,, when you see fella with shirt on that use bare minimum inorder to pull natural ilusion and sell it....when they are off the hormone they look like fragile homos ,, i keep telling you this ,, they look thin they lose the deep cuts for the body can nto hold it for that long unless going into real smallvile land of size which is in the 140s 150s and that is just not acceptable for 5'10 ,, so they are just looking average to small with clothes on when off hormone ,, then go on hormone and minimal doses to pull the illusion of natural ,, they make sure evrything is on point so they can pull natural illusion with minimal doses and everything got to be on point as of trininf and diet when it comes to number of meal a day for they only use the doses needed,, minimal doses to pull natural ilusion
the term natural bodybuild = dead,, been dead for long time,, now day very very few maybe 10% are true naturals 10% out of allllllll bodybuilders all over world are true naturals ,, only 10 % this is 1 out of every 10 bodybuildrs
