Need Honest Feedback. - Rate My Physique

Down from 300. Plan is to bulk. Emphasis on consistant workouts and bringing overall size but especially to the lats and quads/hams. I have no standout muscle group yet obviouslly.

YOU NEED TO CUT MORE. Don't even consider bulking till you go below 10% bodyfat.

The sad and brutal truth is that you won't be in a position to really bulk up for a long time. Don't let it get you down though. It is what it is. Keep at it and don't waste time with regrets or thoughts about bulking, etc, etc. It'll pay off in the end.
