the younger you are the btter your respond will be ,, there is too young...to young is 12 14...,,but many bodybuild start hormonizing from age 16-17 from highschool and they respond verywell ,, their all body is on natural crazinesss and then they add syntetic and go into hormone jungle,,the body just explode,, it also involve over all respond but as hungraian steve told you before ,, with bodybuild EVERYTHING IS TIMING,, every thing is TIMING,, you have fellas who dont even look like they lift...lean but realy look liek noghin with shirt on ,, absolitly expplode into 3 dimentional mutatition if do it in the right age and in the right dose and with the right products and IT ALL COME TO TIMING
