He is right in some respects but full of shit to say drugs did not build his physique but he only used them to enhance what he had.. Flex through his early to mid teens was a skinny twink - his foundation was there as he was natty for maybe 5 years but he was a skinny twink so it wasnt a foundation that screamed "big boy coming to this spot soon",so the drugs built him into the BB that later turned him pro not enhanced what he had as what he had was skin and bones.

This guy was Ecto.  Every bit of muscle on him was drugs. I don't remember Shawn's teen photos, but I'm betting he was more Meso because of his compact stature.
