yates definetly knew what he was going, despite heavy user obviously, his belly button was perfectly normal, no vertical gap between his left and right abs, obliques very dry and separated. he was the man. Nowadays guy juice and everything justs explodes in the wrong way.

Nah, those are Dorian's best ab and thigh pics. Sorry to say, but I've seen amateurs look way better than him. He was just a huge fella... never understood the hype. IMO, he was the beginning of the end of bodybuilding. :-X

his quads are absolutely terrible. thick  waist.

good abs though.

he hit poses with authority new how to pose and hit what poses worked for his build,,,and his legs which had a different look than most of his competitors were lean,seperated top to bottom.what worked for him in ab and thigh even as his stomach gre he had small hip structure which really helped his legs stand out better due to having longer legs .
