A very common practice observed with tape measures was that the measure was cut several inches taken out and then taped together to show readers of magazines that 26 inch arms are possible with xyz supplement.  Complete BS.

If someone claims to have arms 22" inches or greater, just compare their arms to their head.   The average circumference of a mans head is 22".  If the persons arm clearly looks smaller than his head, then it's likely less than a 22" arm.  Quinn has a bit larger head, say 23", but looking at the picture his arms are not as big as his head, so no even 23" let alone 26".

was mike tall? Don't forget height plays a huge role. I can show you guys pics of my arms 16 17 inchs at around 6'3 and let me tell you they wernt pretty lol. Cut. But boy... I never got when I was younger how arnold or so on only had 20 or others 22 inchs lol. When ur taller than most those guys you realize you need 26 to look decwnt. I guess look at kovacs he was 26 inchs? My 16 or I remember 15 inchs on me looked like 12 inchs of a normal height non orking out person.
