I don't think the old school guys abuse drugs like today.  My guess he has been on generous amounts since day one plus a lot of hard work. Phil Heath blows up like a balloon but has the intensity of Flex Wheeler at times.

This fucker is timeless and very underrated.  I met the man at a Mr. O years ago. Seemed like a great fella.  A fucking bonafide legend.  Incredible physique.
