Conan's Da, but a late 60's worth of biker guys, as well. He had a good, unique look.

He beat Arnold at arm wrestling on the set of Conan, and Arnold had an internal meltdown in that he was visibly enraged but didn't dare make a peep in front of Bill because he knew Bill could rip his head off.

Best Bill Smith movie IMO is still Any Which Way You Can with Clint Eastwood.  Their fight at the end of the flick was epic.
