Can't attest to the guy in the above picture but I've seen many competitive bodybuilders who have overcome adverse disabilities to get in fairly decent shape to be the best of their abilities.

In fact I met one girl who appeared on stage completely bald just to show that she was making an attempt to overcome cancer. And some of those who were unaware laughed or made adverse comments

And one great male competitor who combated cancer all his life and competed on stage looking phenominal with only one leg. Needless to say, no one laughed when he came on stage.

So you never know who you may be rediculing when you see photos such as the above.

Everyone has a story about why they want to improve themselves  ... and some of those stories are much more interesting and heart warming than the others.

asshole... don't make fun of big heinz... the guy added something like 140 lbs of muscle on his frame since he started bodybuilding. wasn't blessed with the best structure or shape... but the dude is truthful and he outlined his cycles and said it like it is and talked about how they're nothing compared to most IFBB pros... he tried to tell the truth but was pushed away.
he doesn't compete to get first place... the guy is actually a nice dude who isn't selling gear and is actually making money by training old and physically challenged people... always has a smile on his face and people around him have nothing but good things to say about him.

at least he's making more money than the guys who are placing 10th at the olympia.
he's a funny dude with a good sense of humor, and best of all truthful. if you can't appreciate that because he has weird shape and bad structure... well, too bad for you. you could learn a lot from this guy.
