Tons of Americsn Black Bears are shot and killed just to have their gall bladders removed for the Chinese Market--apparently black bear galls bladders are used to aid the sexual libido, so is crushed deer antler, or rhino horns---which is made of the same thing as our fingernails.

the african poachers get paid peanuts for their game. it's the middleman and the chinese end market that make all the money. in some parts of africa they've given poachers jobs as game wardens which has dramatically cut down poaching in those areas
