these bodybuilders look like idiots mixing up regular foods into these stupid "shakes", why not just make the oatmeal in a bowl, cook it, cut up the banana, put it in it and drink the protein shake on the side like a normal human being would do?
Satiety sets in way too fast with while foods. When you bulk to almost 300lbs the last thing you want to feel is more full.Even when I bulk to a twinky 200lbs I generally hate food.
some of you guys either need to man up in the gym and start doing some squats, deadlifts and shit that stimulates a REAL appetite or lay off the stimulants.
