The second pic is where Yates couldn't to flex his left lat. For some reason he had a problem flexing it. There is also another pic (in another post) where he is having the same problem.

yes i have the whole video of the show and dorian's left lat was like this nearly all the show.. not sure if it was a cramp or a nerve problem or what!!..

I remember in an interview him saying he went for rotator cuff surgery (I think sometime after this contest). Rotator issues will effect ones ability to connect and flex your lat. So it may have been that.

Haney won because of his lat-width to tiny waist ratio.

Yates looked ridiculous. Thick.

Mike Quinn went berserk when I didn't escort him to a seat to his liking...so he climbed over two rows, then sat down. DEF on some kind of substance.

I remember that , because he sat down next to me , we've been friends since then .
That was my first "O" . missed 92, been to everyone since then .

The physiques back then had a density to them. The physiques now are huge but they look so soft. It just looks inflated. Look at how hard Yates looked.

not one competitor looking like a bloated mess. The standing relaxed shot of all the guys lined up is very impressive, all have a good waist to shoulder ratio.
Haney and Yates backs both look similar in the rls and are way ahead of the others.

My recollection is just the opposite... Sonny was great, but he could rarely get his condition fully dialed in.

Yes, Ronnie looked the best ever that year but overall Lee is the best ever...Ronnie looked awesome in 98, 99, and was just godly in 03. Lee looked awesome every year (except the drug test year) and he went out looking his best.
