theoretically,

if one was unemployed, with no stress and no obligations but to find a new job and was on a ton of gear, say like 2.5 grams+ total, plus 10+ hours of deep sleep per night

what would the optimal training frequency be?

I know 3-4 days a week with high intensity is a solid point for someone who actually has a life, avg amount of stress, etc

but would 6 days a week/ 2x per day be overreaching if it the conditions were perfect? i remember watching jason huh's MD video in the trenches and he says he goes 5-6/ days a wk and twice per day...dont know if he actually does that to put on size or if he's trolling us as an excuse for his insane gear dosages

kind of like how guys who have getaways from reality and all they do is train? like in the rocky movies or w/e
