need some advice

just recently found out that I have only one kidney, Dr said I can no longer do any supplements because of the possibility of kidney stones and kidney failure, anyone out there still doing gear with one kidney.  Any advice would help

just dont do any gear or supps .  Just eat and live a healthy lifestyle,  Its not worth dying over

bodybuilding is not worth risking your one and only kidney

focus your energies on becoming filthy rich,

you will be 150x happier in the long run
