morning to getbiggers

have been lurking for some time but thought i would join the fray.

this site is a top laugh and in reality gh15's stuff has turned the bb world on its head. its fucking up the frauds with truth and they hate it. I am 38 now hence the name but have been training on and off since about 15. first course when 24 and done about a dozen or so. had a 3 year layoff due to being fucking lazy and just getting back into things. what i will say is this............

if i could have been told anything in the beginning it would have been this
lift eat enough and do your gear.

its that simple.

the more you can tolerate the better you will get.

don't get caught up in training protocol- just do what you want- whatever it motivates you to get down the gym.

for me the most effective training s a simple tue thurs sat spllit- doing pre ex and higher reps to failure less weight now as joints and the old gout have taken their toll. don't read the mags they are supplement catalogues.

the golden era went when haney left- dorian killed it and now its battle of the drug tolerance- forget the genetics myth- if you can take the drugs you'll get the size.

for me I will look at a C YCLE IN THE COMING MONTHS- not done gh but fancy a go. my normal cycles were when i had a decent build about a gram of test, a gram of deca and 50-80mg dbol a dayif iw as looking at size as a base.

my favourite one was 750 sust, 1 gm eq and 225mg tren ace a wekk with 100mg anavar a day. borresen for his faults used to saY THE MAGIC starts at 2gm and i think he was right.

for my comeback out of shape cycle i am thinking a simple gram test 1/2 gram deca and 1/2 gram eq with dbol. easy 10 weeker

then HGH will start for me and a bit of the GH15 protocl.

should be fun - keep it going fella its a top laugh on here

They lift obsessively hoping it will transform them into men, to compensate for their lack of influence from a father figure that was not there. Unfortunaltey they can get as big as they can it doesnt cure their insecurity and who they truly are, how they grew up being raised by a single mom. They re no as manly as other men whatever they do, and they often have a big lack of masculine presence they dont know how to balance, hence often being borderline homosexuals while trying to get their manhood back thru various manly activities (mma, cars, weight lifting etc). They are often the ones that, in order to get respect from other males will go the steroids route to get even "bigger" attemptint to cure their insecurity , but being natural not being "enough", they still feel "too small", insecure, amongst other males.
