It's not difficult to source powders and sell home brew goods, or to even get the proper equipment for a small lab. But the stress involved is the biggest mitigating factor. If I had the money and time, I would not consider doing this because I've seen people start labs and I've witnessed the stress associated with it. Money doesn't mend that kind of mental anguish.

I don't think you're planning on going this route and were just asking for the sake of asking. But if anyone is thinking of this I highly discourage them. Just double or triple your orders if you have a good source, then supply a couple of friends so your profit margin is large enough to pay for your own gear. Break even and leave it at that. People I meet at the gym always have a big epiphany and talk about how they should start selling juice, and I tell them they'd be happier to sell crack to junkies and not deal with juiced up drama queens and scammers.
