Care for it IN and OUT...
1) Eat fatty fish 2X a week, Salmon, Mackerel, Sardines with either a baked Yam, or brown rice.
2) ALWAYS take 4 capsules of Cod Liver Oil every single day.
3) Being bodybuilders, we shower more often, so use ONLY Dove soap- I live in Cold, dry CANADA and my skin is nice!!!
