dude looks great!
and at 40 plus still very , very fresh looking muscles.... hgh is great stuff!
this is bb 80's style with just the right amount of extra mass...! very very good physique!
to bad on stage he will look lanky next to dwarfs.....:(
and he will fuck up his conditioning, he always does..... he comes in "full" while he should come in shredded!!!
fuck being focused on being 290 or something on the scale, they do not have a scale on stage!
he should be 270 an shredded!!!!!!

when did he come in on point????? i think only once he nailed his conditioning....
that was when he was with Palumbo... not that he had anything to do with it.. lol!
he is to worried about numbers.... numbers on the scale, most bb are like that.
they think numbers on scale = extra size....
not! you should go by one thing and that is the mirror..... toney looks best when he is shredded!!!
a 270 toney looks amazing! 290 toney looks good, but is smooth in the hams/glutes and his back....
been like that for years now.... toney will never see 300 pounds shredded on stage!
not going to happen..... should focus on conditioning, he has shape, tight midsection, he can pull the illusion.
numbers on the scale are the biggest mindfuck for a bodybuild....

I'm pretty sre he's just afraid to loose "fullness", and the balance goes to "more fullness" out of that fear so the scarifice is - dryness.. I know a few fellas like that. Even after many years they doesn't learn heh..

It seems crazy to me that he's compteting in this against guys who have been retired over 10 years. Freeman is a top olympia competetor. They should have made an over 50's class.
