with this pic saying he would be unbeatable

yet he comes in like a balloon, again

personally he looked great in 99

look how tight is waist is, and how his physique flowed

now its a mutated mess

I don't recall anyone saying that. He WASN'T shredded in 2008 and not as shredded in 2011. Hence, he lost both times to D. Jackson and Heath, respectively.

Grainy hard has nothing to do with having genetics for BBing, small waist wide shoulders blah blah blah I could go on but they are of many guys who think drugs are the answer to changing DNA and achieving bodybuilding genetics. Not knocking their hard work, but lots of guys look like grainy dogshit who give it their all.
