Heres a question for you all! who do you reckon had the smallest arms ever to be crowned Mr olympia and what size to you reckon they were? I first thought Larry scott? But then no what about zane, franco or dickinson?? Mmmm hard one?

? Zane at 18 inches my guess?

this picture was Taken in 1977 leading up to his ill fated comeback past his best of course but those arms were still huge

i trained them really hard when i was younger, then later i had to limit them because they would take over on back and bicep workouts. i would always use wrist wraps during back because they were getting too big. there was a time when they were over 18".
