A friend of mine who is 6.3 have 53cm arms, I think thats 21". In person his arms look big, but on stage they are nothing special. they are big but not as big as you would think from seeing him in person. 20 inch arms on a 5.4 guy will always look bigger than even 22 inch arms on a 6.2-3 guy...

In an old bodybuilding magazine Mike Mentzer was asked about 22" arms he said no one had them ( at that time ) and the biggest his arms ever got was 18" 1/2 I believe and he said he was at his heaviest at that time around 225lbs

i haven't trained much in the last few years, and right now my arms look small and they measure 19". they were 20 and 7/8", basically 21" at the biggest.  and because of my frame, they still looked small.

so i can't believe it when guys say Arnold never had 20" arms.
