They should have let the English take a shot at it. At least they would have made them more Benny Hill/Monty Python type comedy, which probably would have worked.

Disappointed because I thought this movie would be based on their actual life stories which is damn interesting ... How they got together, the money they made and lost due to questionable agreements, an how they fell apart and eventually passed away.
That's the movie I hoped to see but most likely never will due to a number of heir problems.
I never met any of the Stooges but my good friend worked at a radio station and had the honor of escorting them around town during their 3 day visit and commented that thy were actually three Sad Stooges when not in front of the public eye.

BRAD, I think you meant "unfunny" guys but I've only met a couple of comedians on various sound stages while appearing in a movie and both of them appeared to be somewhat sad and lacking friends.
But that ain't true for some others who appear on the set with up to 20 best friends who eat all the doughnuts and constantly tell their 'friend' how great he is.

it's one of those movies wher eyou chuckle a few times during the trailer (where you see the best parts of the movie).
but 90 minutes of it would be unbearable.
