He does not own Temple Gym anymore. Sold it to some Asian Bodybuilder.

Even with teh effed up aspect ratio, dude still looks huge.
Seems to be getting bigger all the time even though hes retired. (bigger than he was a couple years ago anyway)

yeah, mr. o all from under 1 gram of gear a week

anyways, form doesn't matter when you are blasting huge dosages but his form is still terrible you can't argue that.

if you dont know what a front lateral raise is then i question why you are even on a bodybuilding board. that goes for you too

Lateral means side..........so you can either do lateral raises(meaning raising to the side),or front raises,(raising to the front),there is no such animal as front laterals.
