Eat your face off with both clean and dirty foods. Eat ice cream, loaded cheese fries, burgers, steak, fish, potatoes, fruit, veggies, eggs, chicken, rice, oatmeal, dinner rolls, anything you can stuff your face with that's calorically dense and high protein. Some things I mentioned aren't calorically dense or high protein obviously, but i'm saying you need a balance of clean and dirty foods. You won't get huge from chicken and rice alone.
