lol, i think he trains Tim, like i said hes got some roundness to his upper body he just needs to figure out a good ROM to pound some heavy weight in.

Oats, totally agree with you ROM is huge, using smith machine a lot too. No regular db or bb shoulder preses, basically like you said focusing on heavy compound movements.

Therein lies the problem IMO.....he needs to eat shitloads of food,I mean thick steaks with potatoes,tons of whole eggs,dairy products,and everything that`s not nailed down.

If he puts on a bit of fat,fuck it,he can lose it later.

Also,good training advise as usual Dave.

on bb benches and overhead presses again get in the power rack and set the pins to where when you are at the bottom of each of those exercises your upper arms are no lower than parallel to the ground, sometimes even higher, you can really pound the weight for reps in that range.

It`s all good dude,but at your stage of development, with that cycle,you need desperately to find out what will work the best for you.

Don`t just up the dosage,there are other aspects that you`re probably not doing correctly to make consistant gains.

Experiment with training,and eat like a horse.

exactly, he can even afford to eat some real goodies like pizza, burgers, Chinese, Jamaican, etc. and he'll be fine but the steaks, dairy, eggs is the best stuff.

Take my advice - train for a few more years off the sauce and get a decent foundation. There is no way you should even contemplate juicing until you have several years under your belt. If you have been training for that long, train a damn sight harder.

great advice right here! take it to heart and do it! with your build, you need to be pounding down the calorically dense foods, the cheeseburgers with loaded french fries, the ice cream in your shakes post-workout, the chicken and biscuits with mashed potatoes and gravy, steaks with potatoes or fries, spaghetti and meatballs, etc. sure, you'll gain some fat, but with how high your metabolism probably is, it won't be anything drastic, and you can just carb cycle and lose it when you want to be lean anyway. take 5g of creatine hydrochloride (hcl) every single day, no cycling it, get yourself a good pre-workout drink like jack3d, pump fixx, etc, it will keep your intensity very high during your workouts, have a couple of those calorically dense protein shakes a day, eat those types of foods 6 meals per day, 50g protein at each meal, train HEAVY 6-8 reps upper body and 10-12 lower body, hit abs after every single workout

One point I try to make quite often on the board lately is that a guy like AlphaM for example,who is running a decent amount of gear,is that I hate to see a guy with little or no training experience (as far as the weights are concerned,not swimming or sports),who reads the boards,then immediately hops on a fucking boatload of juice, when he could have made good gains and saved a lot of coin just by starting off with 500 mgs. of test and some D-Bol,ate like a pig,and trained like a demon.

Or better yet,build a natural base,then take the next step.

These days I see veritable beginners starting out with 1000mgs, and fucking GH for Christs sake.

I`m hardly against using gear,but make it progressive just as you would do in your training and your diet.

Starting off using a cycle that is made for Ronnie just leaves you with no place to go later in your training,plus you aren`t gonna` make it unless your response is good and your genetics are insanely awesome.

That means in a couple of years when you fill out that giant frame you will be a fucking monster. As fare as training and AAS&HGH&slin goes listen to wes. Keep it basic with supps and training. just go heavy and eat eat and eat and when your done eating eat some more. Food is soooooooooo important for tall guys that are hard gainers. I would say keep your protein at 300grams per day and for carbs and fat eat all that you want and can!
its gonna be a long road but when you get there you will never look back. I know tons of small/normal height guys that have amazing BB bodies but with clothes on they look like everyone else on the streets. But when a tall guy becomes a BB to the extreme. People know and stair no mattter what your wearing!
last thing slow down with the juice and concentrate on training and eating for the next 6 months. unless you`ve already been seriously training for 3 years straight or more.    Good luck.

well, I'm not on ton of gear just some test and tren with anavar, gh is not top motch 8 iu/vial so its not extreme, I can see where you guys are coming from, but I'm not willing to compete nor be a mass monster. lol, oh ok. if you can't grow on 2g per week, then you should quit IMO. yes, the more you use, the bigger and stronger you'll get, but if you just don't have the genetics and response to gear, you're just wasting your time, because you'll never be where you want to be. i'm only using 1,825mg of gear a week right now and no gh at all (i'll be starting that next week though  ;D) , and i'm making SICK improvements to my physique, if you need more than that to see great results, you just don't have what it takes, sorry.

HFS dude! Test,tren,anavar,GH  but not much? I`ve never used that much together ever! And Im about your height. You dont need so much juice in your system just yet if ever. Train & eat & fuck to keep them love handles in check & BF% down.
