I disagree if someone is paying you money to train and they keep looking the same or worse eventually they will start to question themselves as to why they are giving you money.

it is always the trainers fault when clients do not see any progress. why? because a trainers main purpose, and really it's his only purpose, is to keep people motivated enough to exercise and diet consistently, which is going to be the only thing that really gives results to naturals who are worthless fat sacks of dog shit who don't want to exercise but still look like "brad pitt in fight club"

Then it's your job to tell them why they look the same. You're only with the client on an average of 2-3 hours per week. What is your demographic? Who is your clientele?

I have clients from all different backgrounds, obviously i target clients in good jobs that can afford to pay.
