I'm 5 8" Tall started diet at 196lb and ended at 196lbs scales stayed the same throughout
Chest looked better when cut but i did go from doing incline with 2 plates natural for 8 reps to doing on incline with 3 1/2 plates assisted!
Training 4 day split Chest Bi's / Day 2 Legs/ day 4 Rest / day 5 Shoulders traps and tris -( Bascially its all Dorain Yates training as in Blood & Guts)
Cardio was 100mins every morning on empty for the whole 12 weeks no days off!
Diet was
10 bcaa's before cardio & 2 epthadrine tabs
meal one 80gms Oats , 70 gms choppd prunes,50gms protein powder
meal 2 200gms white fish, 300gms baked pototo, 20gms of olive oil bowl of salad 285gms
meal 3 130s Tunna Fish 250gms cooke balsamic rice
meal 4 23gms jello with 200gms strawberrys 20gms of oatmeal cream
meal 5 6 egg whites 20gms of olive oil salad 285gms
meal 6 6 egg whites 20gms of olive oil salad 285gms
meal 7 23gms jello with 200gms strawberrys 20gms of oatmeal cream
meal 8 2 protein bars casinate low carb bars before bed
If I woke in the night would eat another egg white meal
