Was deadlifting the other day. 3 x 5's and apparently I was lowering the weight faster than usual and clanked the floor or I dropped one, really don't know. But about 5 minutes later, felt like I broke a tooth ( I didn't) had jaw/tooth pain for several days.
any similar experiences? Ive seen some dudes with mouthpiece, never gave it much thought. DL again tomorrow, might give them a go.
