To be honest I think the world morally is on a steady decline, the foundations (principles, morals etc) that the world runs on are not of good stature (greed - rich get richer, poorer get poorer, ethics etc) and any new world order may prevent wars but will produuce its own set of problems. One rule of thought (Language, culture, thought process) must prevail as everyone must work to the same set of rules/laws/ways under a central global goverment. This will take generations to get to this point, however it is happening. What I mean by this is lets say the western way dominates over the others and this way of life is forced onto other areas like China, Russia etc over night there would be chaos, however you slowly introduce your way bit by bit onto other nations through things like unions, international boards/communities, media, international currency & language you an destroy a whole countires culture. A county that is westernised is classed as develloped, all the rest are classed as developing which are not wester iised.
What is happening is that the Euro countries are groupingtogether to form a super power so they remain at the front. If they fail to achieve this another power say China for example will grow, develop, overtake and europe will fall behind. Big numbers means power. The idea is that the EU or a renamed version of this will grow in size, then it will likely rename and grown into something bigger as countries like Canada, USA, Australia will join together and form with this group and form something new, others will one by one will join until there will be a few old super powers who will be forced economically to join and eventually with a few minor confllicts of resistance (terroist groups/countries, people who resist NWO)they will all be united. The actual reality of what will happen is the super powers & countries who do not want this/anothers concept forced on them will see this happening and resist it through causing conflicts, pollitical & economical problems trying to protect their way of life which will eventually end up in a large war ruining the economy of thee world killing huge amounts of people etc. At the end of a modern war the world would be a mess and a new way woould be needed to "stop" bad happening again andd resolve the world chrisis, hence a New World Order.
New world order would be a "council" of rich dictators who run the worrld do as they please and we all would of by vthen lost many freedoms we have today and live in a very controlled way.
The EU is just the start, if successful it would be the first large empire that was done without taking counties/states by physical force but by using economical force.
A new world order will produce a class system
