just saying in terms of bodybuilding it would be actually better not to squat at the beginning, but that's some flex magazine kind of talk i know, after years of training i know that it doesnt matter which fukcing exercises you do for your biceps for example, you can only bend your biceps and thats it every fukcing exercise has the same movement
i dont if it's clear what i'm saying
