How about the Big Bossman. He was great in the Twin Towers. And then he really became a fan fav when he slimmed down and went into singles competition.

Kerry Von Erich did as well with what he had as anyone ever did, Owen Hart could have certainly been classed as the cream of mid carders also.

Kerry never quite caught on in the Fed, but was an NWA h/w champion.
It sounded like he had some real "problems"/"issues," which isn't surprising considering his eventual suicide.

Coming from a wrestling family and living where you do, I'm sure you've got a lot of first-hand accounts of the Von Erich's.
I would love to hear some stories sometime, although I perfectly understand if you would prefer to refrain from mentioning certain/many details on a public forum.

Hey, here's another I just thought of now...
I didn't meet Chris until after his alleged wild & crazy days in WWF, and I don't know how much truth & accuracy there is to the rumors, but I can tell you from personal experience that this guy was a class act the (unfortunately) few times I ran into him backstage.

In watching the World Class Wrestling DVD, they gave the belt to Kerry as a respect to his Brother David who had died a few weeks before. He held it for 3 weeks b/c people knew he wasn't dependable due to his demons...
