Phil looks great in some of these photos.  Obviously he has more drugs at his disposal and this is the reason he looks physically larger and more muscle groups are superior to Arnold. 

Arnold is a legend though.  He looks awe inspiring in these photos.  He looks dominant.  His presence is much different from Phil's and that's what seperates Arnold from the pack.
