some people have no clue.....
the guy is nearing 60!!!! and he WAS flat.... anybody with some knowledge about prep could see that.
holding water , and loose skin... if he would be filled out , he would have looked even better... he fucked up DIURETICSSSSSSS!!!!
in older fellas, it shows even more because of the looser skin.... their skin goes southways even faster when flat....
but having said that , i think the dude looked amazing! still a lot of mass! and at almost 60, big props!
would i have competed.... hell no! i would be enjoying live and my grandchildren while being a roided up grandpa... the guy was a mr O, what is he going to prove???
one thing he did prove though is that hgh is helluva drug! and that one can look great at an older age...
samir just does not know his diuretics...... prob did the same thing what he did when he was in his 30's.... that does not work anymore when you're nearing 60...

I think Samir still sees his '83 physique when he looks in the mirror.  Delusional to some point, but he could look a whole lot better if he committed the entire year to it, upped the dosage, and came back next year.  Really though, what's the point?
