Not a surprise really. Back in the day when Samir started competing in the grand prix pro shows and Olympias he always miss timed his peak and came in soft as hell. 1982 Olympia was the first show he actually came in ripped.

The pic with the legs looks good cause of the lighting, but you can see he is off in the side tricep pose and the front double biceps.
