I've said this a few times before...
There is no solid proof that a bodybuilder or any human being for that matter needs 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of lean mass.
The formula I've used is to keep it at 1 gram of protein per Kilogram. For me, that adds up to roughly 90-100 grams of protein per day (tops). If I fall below that range, it makes no difference.
Obviously, if you use quality GH and various anabolics, it becomes too easy. If you're natural, you have to watch your caloric intake (aiming for a caloric deficit) in order to properly lose weight.
