out of nowhere they won last season the championship and became the no 1 team in romania and played in champions league. But they got whooped ... I do not follow soccer but there are some serious fans

The city is ok ... nothing spectacular .. has some pretty places .. it has more of a sentimental value rather than an architectural one.

its still a big deal, especially financially, to get to the group stages

Teams in smaller leagues such as yours, have to qualify
