the only two pros i've seen that use anything close to what i would call "good form" are Dorian and Lee Preist, everybody else cheats heavily, does partials and uses momentum, goes to show that "good form" aint all its cracked up to be.

Well, muscle-contact is and has always been the most important thing.

If he can get better response from the designated muscle-area by bouncing so be it.

Meso would you agree you give a disproprionately great interest in a) bodybuilder strength, and b) arm size. It's almost all I've seen you judge them by.
